These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

IMPORTANT: VegeWell provides general nutrition information and AI-generated dietary recommendations for educational purposes only. Our services are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have underlying health conditions, are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.

VegeWell does not provide medical diagnoses and is not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from following our recommendations. If you experience adverse effects, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional immediately.

VegeWell offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription billed on a monthly or annual basis.

Payment Information: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Price Changes: We may modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new annual subscribers. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible period.

Pro-Rated Refunds: No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused portions of a subscription.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and updating your health profile.

Prohibited Activities: You may not use VegeWell for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to distribute spam, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Users under 18 may only use VegeWell under parental supervision.

VegeWell Content: All content, features, and functionality of the VegeWell platform, including recipes, meal plans, and AI-generated recommendations, are owned by VegeWell and protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content: Any content you submit, such as meal logs or feedback, remains your property. However, you grant VegeWell a non-exclusive license to use this content to improve our services.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from VegeWell content without written permission.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@vegewell.site to attempt informal resolution.

Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
